Hey, I’m Jakub
I've built a brand from a blank page, shot the products, rendered what couldn't be shot and designed the site that sold them.
Over ten years in commercial design, covering branding, e-commerce, UX/UI, product photography and 3D. The last four as the one-man design team at LampShopOnline.
I tend to pick things up when a project needs them. That's how product rendering came in-house instead of being outsourced, and how I ended up running the company's first usability tests when nobody had asked me to. That work lifted conversion 16% year on year. Harper & Harlow, a brand I took from naming workshop to launch, reached £1M in its first year.
Working alone across that many disciplines taught me to think commercially. A design that looks good but doesn't sell isn't finished.
Away from the screen I'm usually at the gym or somewhere outdoors. Currently looking for a role where I can bring that range together.
